If it meets our conditions, we will proceed with the exchange and ship your new order. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will be at your expense.

We offer several classic sizes (XS, S, M, L, and XL) suitable for small, medium, and large breeds.
These sizes are suitable for “regular” breeds:– Small and medium breeds: Basenji, Beagle, Bichon Frise, Boston Terrier, Chihuahua, Chinese Crested Dog, Cocker Spaniel, Corgi, Jack Russell, Maltese, Miniature Pinscher, Miniature Poodle, Miniature Schnauzer, Papillon, Pomeranian, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier, and more.– Medium and large breeds: Australian Shepherd, Border Collie, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, German Shorthaired Pointer, Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Vizsla, Weimaraner, and more.
Special sizes for greyhounds: For certain models, we also offer sizes specially designed for greyhounds and other dogs with arched backs. The IGGY size already available corresponds to the Italian Greyhound breed. Other breeds with arched backs that have significantly different dimensions (Whippet, Greyhound, etc.) will be available in dedicated sizes soon.

How to choose a comfortable size for your dog: – For models covering all four legs, measure your dog's chest circumference (A) and back length (B). – For other models, simply measure your dog's chest circumference. – Choose a size from the table based on the measurements obtained. – The measurements refer to your dog's dimensions, not those of the item. – All measurements are provided in cm.
